Nick joined Woodbourne in 2015 and has management responsibilities for the investment team. He is focused on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing investments, with a focus on multifamily transactions. Nick has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Nick received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a CFA Charterholder.
