Yonge & Roselawn

Yonge & Roselawn is a proposed two-tower purpose-built residential development on top of a commercial podium with 300 feet of frontage on Yonge Street. The transit-oriented development is 350 meters from two intersecting subway lines at the Yonge & Eglinton intersection. The project is expected to incorporate numerous sustainability elements and certifications, and is projected to deliver 618 units and 190 parking stalls.

The project is expected to be completed by 2027.
