The Well

The Well is an iconic, mixed-use single-phase development on an 8-acre site in downtown Toronto. The project contains six residential buildings and one office tower totaling over three million square feet of residential, retail, and office space, and is heated and cooled by an innovative, low carbon, deep water lake cooling system. 

Woodbourne developed the purpose-built rental residential portion of the live, work, and play community. These three high-end residential rental buildings have contributed over 900 rental suites to the neighbourhood. The Residences at The Well is comprised of two 15-storey mid-rise rental buildings and FourFifty The Well is a 46-storey high-rise rental tower.
