200 Fairbank

200 Fairbank is a new generation self-storage facility in the North end of Toronto. The 7.2-acre site will be developed in two phases. The first phase contains a six-storey, climate-controlled self-storage facility with nearly 180,000 square feet of rentable area across 2,105 storage units. Amenities include rentable flex office space, a dual indoor drive-through loading dock, and door-to-door pick-up and delivery services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
